Does anyone have the Coby 7 inch digital photo frame? And how do I put pictures on it from my computer? ?

I just bought a Coby 7 inch widescreen and was wondering how to put the pictures on it from my computer.I bought the USB cable and I tried to plug it in my computer but I don't know if I put it in the right slot.Anyways it is plugged into the last right slot in the back.This is the model I got http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00354720000P
If anyone can help me with it it would be so much appreaciated and thanks in advance.Im using a laptop with this digital photo frame but not sure how to find the USB cable on the laptop.
Im also having trouble finding the right USB cables for my computer.I bought some yesterday but they dont seem to be the right ones.

once u connected it go to my computer
then double click on it(da icon)
I dont think it has internal memory, that means you cannot put pictures directly on the frame. You need a SD card, any store has them. There is a SD card slot on your frame, put the card in there and then connect the frame to the laptop with the computer. Copy and paste the pictures you want to the SD card when it pops up on the screen.
