I’m looking for a new digital camera.?

I just moved abroad and I am looking for a new camera...
One that can be upgraded w/ various lenses...etc. I have a great Sony (mini) digital camera but I am looking for something that will help me with getting better shots during sporting events and especially at night. I want to get more into my hobby and use my new pictures for prints to englarge and frame etc...
I am looking to buy in the next month or so and most likely online to ship here or in a local electronic shop here....
All suggestions appreciated.

How can I move photos from my Mac onto my camera? For digital photo frame.?

I want to be able to put the pictures on my digital photo frame, and the only way to do that is to move them from the camera onto the frame.

I have an HP Photosmart R837 camera. The pictures are sent to iPhoto, but when I connect the camera to my Mac, it seems that sending the files is a one-way street, and I haven't had any luck sending the pictures back onto the camera. The SD card doesn't show up as an external drive or anything that I can just drag-n-drop to...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm interested in buying the DSC W90 digicam from Sony. I want to know if a charger/adapter comes with it or if I must buy it seperately. Also, how much does it cost to buy the memory card? Can I shoot short 24 frames per second movies?
